2010 should prove to be a turning point for our North San Diego real estate market. We ended 2009 on an upswing in pricing and a significant reduction in inventory. Our marketing session has been very well attended and deals are coming
together due in large part to the networking that takes place. As the Chair of District 9 I encourage all of our members to come to our sessions as often as possible, they are informative and it will increase your opportunities for increasing your business. Our visitors always tell us that we have the best marketing session around.
Come see for yourself!
DISTRICT 9 Members Donate $8,700 to
Escondido Police Foundation Youth Program!
![]() Pictured from left to right: Officer Mario Sainz, Randy Eldred, Sergeant Al Owens and District 9 Committee Member Gary Bothum The members of District 9 donated $8,700 to the Escondido Police Athletic League. The Police Athletic League (PAL) works with young people to provide strong role models through positive contact with police officers. The program uses team sports such as soccer and karate to teach values, such as drug awareness and prevention, gang avoidance, and life skills to live healthy drug free lives. Thanks to the generous donation of NSDCAR's District 9 members, the PAL program will be funded for the entire year!!
DISTRICT 9 COMMUNITY SERVICE:
Working with the Interfaith Council and Serenity House, District 9 REALTORS® donated their time and efforts to over 75 smiling children on the Saturday before Easter. When the child residents of Serenity House awoke Saturday morning, they were surprised with an Easter Egg Hunt, courtesy of five District 9 members! Thanks to the District 9
volunteers, for making Easter 2009 very special for the children at Serenity House!
