She is a master instructor of the State Faculty for the California Association of REALTORS and is an authorized continuing education instructor by the California Department of Real Estate.
This course will teach the functions of a Professional Standards member. You will receive an overview of the full Professional Standards Program; learn hearing panel preparation and etiquette, as well as the process for ethics hearings, procuring cause and arbitration hearings.
